The location is jaw-droppingly convenient with loads of nice eateries and a supermarket nearby. The comfort level is mind-blowing - the bed is super comfortable and the facilities are new and well-maintained. The service is top-notch with prompt assistance and sweet, helpful staff.

The hotel offers modern rooms in a residential area, giving you a glimpse of non-touristy Tokyo. The queen sized rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with a firm and comfortable mattress. Complimentary breakfast options include doughnuts, muffins, and bananas. The hotel is conveniently located near the JR line stop of Uguisudani, making it easy to explore Tokyo.
Felt secure, no reason to complain.

The hotel was in a comfortable position not far from the convenience stores as well as Asakusa. We visited Uguisudani Shokudo, based a short way from the venue: )
Facilities were new, but Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The rooms at The Barn Tokyo are cozy, clean, and come with air conditioning and free WiFi. I loved having my own private bathroom and the comfy bed with fresh bed linen and towels. It felt like a home away from home!
Personally, I found the flat-screen TV in the room unnecessary, but some guests might enjoy it.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel location is very convenient with loads of dining options around and transportation options that make it easy to reach other parts of the city. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, and we felt comfortable walking around even late at night. Our room was incredibly clean with excellent facilities, and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room at The Barn. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast of coffee, bananas, and pastries was a nice touch. The location, although not in the bustling areas of Tokyo, provided a peaceful and safe environment. The friendly and helpful staff, particularly Rin, made me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay. I highly recommend The Barn for its charming atmosphere and excellent service.

The hotel had a great location close to public transportation and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering luggage storage and going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a range of amenities available, including Netflix.
The hotel lacked some amenities, such as a gym or pool, but this didn't affect our stay since we were focused on exploring the area. While the bed was comfortable for my partner, it was too firm for my liking, which led to a bit of discomfort during the night.

We had an amazing stay at a charming hotel tucked away in a local, safe neighborhood. The location was perfect, with Ueno park just a short distance away. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, offering all the amenities we needed. The friendly staff went above and beyond, providing us with snacks, printing our tickets, and even lending us an umbrella. The convenience stores nearby were a bonus, making it easy to grab any essentials we needed. it was a wonderful experience.
We did notice that there was no mention of breakfast being provided at the hotel.

I recently stayed at The Barn in Tokyo for a week. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The location near the subway made it easy to get around the city. The breakfast, consisting of a banana and donut, was a pleasant surprise. The laundry service was convenient. May and her mother were always available to offer helpful advice, and May's excellent English skills were a bonus.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
